By using Living Archive you agree to these draft terms and the Privacy Policy. Production terms will receive legal review before launch.
2. Service
Living Archive provides tools to organize and display family records stored in user-authorized Google files.
3. Your account
You are responsible for account security and for ensuring you have permission to add or share family information.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another tree without permission, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
5. Plans and cancellation
Plan limits control future additions, not ownership of existing data. Downgrades preserve viewing and export and never delete family records.
